After watching "Get Back" I fell in love with The Beatles all over again. I was fascinated by the solid Rosewood Telecaster that Fender gifted George Harrison in 1968. Apparently he played in for a while - most notably on their last Rooftop Concert for the Let it Be album - then gave it to a friend as it was too heavy. This guitar is a tribute to that guitar. I was not able to come by enough rosewood for a full body. So this one has a Rosewood top. Cambered Sepele body with a maple separator plate. Rosewood neck and fingerboard. Stainless steel frets. Chrome Gotoh hardware and Seymour Duncan Vintage '54 Tele Pickups.
Thank you Peter Jackson!
