1740 Hofner Violin Repair

This is by far, the oldest instrument I have worked on. This instrument came in with an artist performing at the Bankhead Theater that evening. She said there was a buzzing in the instrument when she played it.  The top seam had become unglued in a couple small areas. A simple fix. Normally you need to let hide glue cure for 12 hours, but only had 6 hours until the performance.  Since the top seam does not have significant stress on it, that should have been sufficient.
